- 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice, or to taste
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil (or EVOO)
- 1 garlic scape (or 1 clove garlic)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup water
