- 1 tablespoon plus 1 ½ teaspoons vegetable oil
- ½ medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dry thyme
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- ½ cup vegan sour cream
- 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 8oz wide pasta noodles, cooked
- Vegan butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
