Ingredients:
- * 2 tbsp olive oil
- * 1 yellow onion, medium dice (about 1 1/2 c)
- * 2 garlic clove, minced
- * 1/2 tsp fennel seed
- * 1 tsp dried oregano
- * 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- * 1 tbsp tomato paste
- * 1 14 oz package of gimme lean (ground sausage style), diced in small
- piece, or 1 lb of another vegan ground faux meat product
- * 2 c or 1 15-oz can cooked pinto bean
- * 1 28-oz can crushed tomato
- * salt (to taste)
