- 1 1/4 Cup Sugar ; (1/4 cup for base & 1 cup for filling)
- 1/2 Whole Lemon or Orange ; Juice and rind
- 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
- Dash Vanilla extract
- 24 Vegan biscuits
- 6 tablespoons Non dairy (soy) butter
