Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cup diced cooked SHRIMP
- 1/2 JALAPENO PEPPER, seeded and diced
- 2 SCALLIONS, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegan MAYONNAISE
- 2 teaspoons RICE WINE VINEGAR
- 1 teaspoon SRIRACHA SAUCE
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
