Ingredients


Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 14 frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 ½ teaspoons agave nectar (Optional)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine almond milk, strawberries, banana, oats, agave nectar, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until smooth.

Cook’s Notes:

Rice milk can be used in place of almond milk.

Two packets of stevia sweetener can replace agave syrup, if preferred.
