- 1/4 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 c Egg replacement ; flax seed
- 1/4 c Craisins ; (dried; sweetened)
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Soy flour ; defatted
- 3 oz Walnuts ; (or about ? cup)
- 1 ts Baking Powder
- 1/4 Orange ; (all white)
- 2 c Flour ; (I use spelt flour)
