Ingredients:
- * 1 pint of fresh strawberry
- * 1/3 cup agave nector or maple syrup
- * for the pancake:
- * 1/4 cup warm water (110 degree)
- * 1 cup spelt flour
- * 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (i used bob's red mill organic)
- * 1/2 tsp sea salt
- * 2 tb ground flax meal mixed with 6 tb water (egg replacement)
- * 1 cup almond milk or water
- * 3 tb agave nector or maple syrup
- * 1 tb olive oil or melted vegan butter
- * 2 tsp baking powder
- * 1/4 cup hot water (if needed to thin batter)
