Ingredients:
- 3 pounds yellow squash ; washed and sliced
- Salt & pepper ; to taste
- 1 medium onion grated
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1 can equivalent “cream of something” ; (Recipe is on big Oven)
- 2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegan butter ; melted
- 3 cups Packaged Herb stuffing ; Prepared
