Ingredients:

  • * 1 cup dry cannellini bean
  • * 4 tablespoon of oil or vegan butter or a mix
  • * 4 tablespoon of flour
  • * 1 large carrot
  • * 1 medium onion
  • * 3 clove garlic
  • * 10 small swiss brown mushroom
  • * 1 leek, white part only
  • * a handful of parsley
  • * a few sage leaf
  • * 1 small rosemary branch
  • * 4 small thyme branch
  • * 2 bay leaf
  • * a glug of red wine
  • * 1 400g can of crushed tomato or tomato puree
  • * 2-3 cup of stock (i use massel)
  • * 1 large sweet potato
  • * 2 medium potato
  • * 1 cup of coarsely chopped kale
  • * salt
  • * 1 cup soft breadcrumb mixed with a couple of teaspoon of olive oil
