Ingredients:
- * 1 cup dry cannellini bean
- * 4 tablespoon of oil or vegan butter or a mix
- * 4 tablespoon of flour
- * 1 large carrot
- * 1 medium onion
- * 3 clove garlic
- * 10 small swiss brown mushroom
- * 1 leek, white part only
- * a handful of parsley
- * a few sage leaf
- * 1 small rosemary branch
- * 4 small thyme branch
- * 2 bay leaf
- * a glug of red wine
- * 1 400g can of crushed tomato or tomato puree
- * 2-3 cup of stock (i use massel)
- * 1 large sweet potato
- * 2 medium potato
- * 1 cup of coarsely chopped kale
- * salt
- * 1 cup soft breadcrumb mixed with a couple of teaspoon of olive oil
