- * 3 piece green onion, white and greens separated
- * 1 cup vegan kimchi, chopped
- * 2 tbsp gochujang
- * 3 cup cooked white rice, preferably day old
- * 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- * 1/4 cup water
- * 1 tbsp sesame oil
- * 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
- * 2 tbsp soy sauce
