cup shredded vegan cheese
directions
- Add all ingredients into large stock pot stir well ( I don’t drain or rinse any ingredients).
- Cover bring to a boil, let boil for 10 minutes.
- Reduce to a low simmer and cover
- Stir and check taste ( may need extra seasoning ).
- Top with vegan cheese and enjoy.
