Ingredients:

    (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans
  • 1

    (15 ounce) can light red kiney beans
  • 1

    (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1

    (15 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1

    (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1

    diced yellow onion
  • 2

    bay leaves
  • 2

    tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2

    tablespoons chili powder


  • salt and pepper
  • 14

    cup shredded vegan cheese

directions

  • Add all ingredients into large stock pot stir well ( I don’t drain or rinse any ingredients).
  • Cover bring to a boil, let boil for 10 minutes.
  • Reduce to a low simmer and cover
  • Stir and check taste ( may need extra seasoning ).
  • Top with vegan cheese and enjoy.
